COMPANION (MURMER) CODE OF CONDUCT

All Companions (Murmer) must sign and follow this Code as a condition of service.

Core Rules

  • Boundaries: No sexual services, romantic or intimate exchanges for pay. Do not solicit private contact outside MURM.
  • Professionalism: Be punctual, respectful, and maintain confidentiality. Set clear session boundaries and duration at the start.
  • Consent: Obtain explicit consent before recording or sharing content.
  • Referral: If a user requires professional mental health or emergency help, provide helpline resources and escalate per Safety SOP.
  • Wellness: Abide by rest-day rules and session limits; use MURM’s debrief resources.
  • No Misrepresentation: Do not claim medical, legal, or other licensed qualifications unless verified by MURM.

Discipline

Breaches may lead to warnings, suspension, permanent removal, and reporting to authorities in severe cases.

PARTNER TERMS — SUMMARY (Venues, Creators & Enterprises)

This summary highlights partner obligations; detailed Partner Agreements will be provided for signature.

For Venues (Cafés / Coworking)

  • Opt into the Partner Program and agree to Partner Agreement terms.
  • Implement redemption process for credits; provide monthly invoices for redeemed credits.
  • Maintain a neutral, safe environment and train staff on MURM etiquette.
  • Permit MURM representatives periodic quality checks.

For Creators & Companion-Creators

  • Complete Creator Onboarding and follow content guidelines.
  • Obtain participant consents for recording or content sharing.
  • Comply with content moderation and UGC rules.
  • Revenue share for paid public sessions governed by separate Creator Agreement.

For Enterprises & Institutions

Enterprise deployments governed by separate agreements covering data handling, anonymity guarantees, and reporting. MURM can provide aggregated, anonymized wellbeing metrics via an enterprise dashboard as per contract.

DATA RETENTION & REQUESTS

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for service delivery, safety, compliance and dispute resolution. KYC and accounting records are retained per statutory requirements. To request data access, correction, deletion or portability, contact contact@murm.social. We will respond within applicable legal timelines.
